Digital products (AI invitations, live editable invites, generators) are delivered within 24–48 hours for customized orders, or instantly for self-editable templates. Physical products (gifting hampers, event stationery) take 5–7 business days across India.

For physical orders (gifting hampers, stationery), you'll receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp once dispatched. Digital orders are delivered directly to your email/WhatsApp.

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, and wallets via Razorpay. For bulk or corporate orders, bank transfers are also available.

Digital products (AI invitations, generators, websites) are non-refundable once delivered, but we offer free revision rounds. Physical products (hampers, stationery) can be refunded within 48 hours of delivery if damaged — email us with photo proof at Support@theaneera.com.
