Refund & Returns Policy

1. Overview

At Aneera, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help. This policy outlines our return, exchange, and refund procedures.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Return Eligibility

2.1 Eligible Items

Items are eligible for return if they meet the following criteria:

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags and labels attached
  • Original packaging included (if applicable)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Undergarments and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
  • Swimwear (if hygiene seal is broken)
  • Personalized or customized items
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse
  • Items returned after the 14-day window

3. Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Contact our customer support team via email at admin@broodle.host with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Preferred resolution (refund or exchange)

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Our team will review your request and send you a Return Authorization (RA) number along with return instructions within 2-3 business days.

Step 3: Pack and Ship

Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging. Include the RA number on the outside of the package. Ship the package to the address provided in your return authorization.

Step 4: Processing

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value. If you'd like to exchange for a higher-priced item, you'll need to pay the difference.

Exchange process:

  • Follow the return process outlined above
  • Specify the item you'd like in exchange
  • We'll ship the new item once we receive and inspect your return
  • Exchange shipping is free for the first exchange

Note: Exchanges are subject to availability. If your desired item is out of stock, we'll offer a refund or store credit.

5. Refunds

5.1 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Refund processed within 5-10 business days (may vary by bank)
  • UPI/Net Banking: Refund processed within 5-7 business days
  • PayPal: Refund processed within 3-5 business days
  • Store Credit: Issued immediately upon approval

5.2 Refund Amount

Your refund will include:

  • Full product price (excluding original shipping costs)
  • Any applicable taxes paid on the returned item

The following are not refundable:

  • Original shipping charges (unless the return is due to our error)
  • Return shipping costs (customer responsibility)
  • Gift wrapping charges

5.3 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued for:

  • Items returned with missing tags or packaging
  • Items showing signs of wear or use
  • Items returned after the 14-day window (at our discretion)

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the damage or defect
  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue

For damaged or defective items, we will:

  • Provide free return shipping
  • Send a replacement at no additional cost, OR
  • Issue a full refund including original shipping charges

7. Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped at no additional cost and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.

8. Return Shipping

8.1 Customer-Initiated Returns

For standard returns (change of mind, size issues, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

8.2 Free Return Shipping

We cover return shipping costs when:

  • You received a damaged or defective item
  • You received the wrong item
  • The item significantly differs from its description

9. Sale Items

Items purchased during sales or with promotional discounts are eligible for return under the same conditions as regular-priced items, unless marked as "Final Sale."

Refunds for sale items will be issued at the price paid, not the original retail price.

10. Gift Returns

If you received an item as a gift and wish to return it, please contact us with the order number (if available) or gift receipt. Gift returns will be issued as store credit to the gift recipient.

11. International Returns

For international orders, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes. Please mark the package as "Returned Goods" to avoid additional charges.

International returns may take longer to process due to shipping and customs clearance times.

12. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they haven't been shipped. To cancel an order, contact us immediately with your order number.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You'll need to wait for delivery and then initiate a return.
