Our Return Promise
At SilvPop, we want you to love every piece you receive. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy for eligible items.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return or exchange an item within 7 days of delivery if:
- The item is in its original, unworn condition
- It is in the original packaging with all tags attached
- It is not a customised, engraved, or made-to-order piece
- It was not purchased during a special sale or clearance event (marked as "Final Sale")
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Customised or personalised jewellery (engraved, name pieces, etc.)
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons), unless defective
- Items marked "Final Sale" or purchased with a promotional discount above 30%
- Gift cards
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at our support address within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will review and send you a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number within 48 hours
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number on the parcel
- Ship the item to the address we provide. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Credit/debit card refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect in your account
- UPI and net banking refunds typically reflect within 24–48 hours
5. Exchanges
We offer free exchanges (size or design) for eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Shipping for the replacement is free on the first exchange. Subsequent exchanges may incur a ₹99 shipping fee.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free return pickup and either replace the item or issue a full refund — your choice.
7. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it if it has not yet been dispatched. Contact us immediately. Once dispatched, our standard return policy applies.
